NicheFox is a small, self-serve tool, so we put the answers right here instead of behind a support queue. Most questions are covered below — and everything is written to be honest about exactly what the product does and doesn't do.
It's an AI sales sidekick for hyper-niche businesses: it maps where your buyers gather, helps you get familiar with them, and drafts comments, posts, and messages in your voice — which you post and send yourself.
Yes and no — no card, but it’s a trial rather than a permanent free plan. Every new account gets 14 days of the full product: 1,500 Scent, 20 niche maps, 100 people tracked, the complete toolkit. No card, nothing to cancel. You can also run a Niche Radar map before signing up at all. On day 15, if you haven’t picked a plan, your account becomes read-only — every map, person and draft stays exactly where you left it, you just can’t generate anything new until you choose a tier. Plans start at $9/month.

Describe your niche in Niche Radar, run the map, and save it. From the map, generate a week of drafts. Then open Den Time each day, review the drafts, and post/send them yourself. Add people you're engaging to the People tracker so their Familiarity Score builds over time.
A map of where your niche gathers — relevant communities and search angles, the kinds of people and connectors worth knowing, and content angles that land. It turns "I don't know where to start" into a concrete list of places and moves.
NicheFox uses AI to reason about your niche and, where it can, checks public community signals. Some communities can be verified with a live member count; when we can't verify a number, we simply don't show one rather than guess. Treat the map as a strong, informed starting point you refine as you go.
Yes. Every map is saved to your account so you can come back, sharpen the angle, and watch your corner of the internet take shape.
From any saved map, NicheFox can produce a full week of comment and post drafts in your voice — a ready-to-work plan. You review each one and publish it yourself.
Comments, first messages, posts, and replies — all in your voice, referencing the real context you give it. It's the same toolkit on every plan.
Train your brand voice by pasting in a few samples of your own writing. NicheFox learns your tone and rhythm so drafts read like you, not a bot. You can update your samples anytime.
No — and this is deliberate. NicheFox never logs into your accounts and never posts, comments, or messages on your behalf. It drafts; you publish and send everything yourself from your own account. That's what keeps your presence 100% organic and keeps your accounts safe.
A simple 0–100 warmth meter for each person you're building a relationship with. It only moves on things they provably did — they reacted, they replied, they shared or awarded — never on guesses about who saw your posts, and never for your own outbound effort. It also fades on a 45-day half-life if things go quiet. Around 70+, they know your name and it's a natural moment to reach out.
It's your warmth pipeline: the people you're engaging, their Familiarity Score, and where each stands. When someone's warm, you can draft a message to them right there — and send it yourself.
One short daily checklist — comment, post, follow up — so showing up in your niche becomes a 15-minute habit instead of an all-day sprawl. Keep the streak alive and your niche never forgets you.
They're there to keep you consistent, which is the whole game in a small niche. Consistency is what makes you the known name.
Scent is NicheFox's usage credit. Every AI action spends a set amount:
Draft (comment, message, post, or reply) — 10 Scent
Niche Radar map — 50 Scent
What each plan’s monthly Scent buys — drafts, maps, or any mix:
Trial (14 days) — 1,500 Scent: 150 drafts or 20 maps
Kit — 500 Scent: 50 drafts or 10 maps
Den — 1,500 Scent: 150 drafts or 20 maps
Prowl — 6,000 Scent: 600 drafts or 100 maps
Territory — 15,000 Scent: 1,500 drafts or 300 maps
Den and Prowl also cap niche maps at 20 and 100 a month, which is why those map figures sit below what Scent alone would allow. You can see your exact Scent used this month on your Account page. Unused Scent rolls over one month.
The People tracker has a per-plan cap on how many people you keep in it at once. Tracking someone costs no Scent — it’s a separate limit:
Trial — 100 people
Kit — 25 people
Den — 100 people
Prowl — 400 people
Territory — 1,200 people
It’s a running total, not a monthly allowance, so it doesn’t reset. If you hit the cap, remove someone who’s gone cold or upgrade for more room. Your current count is shown at the top of the People tab.
No. Kit, Den, Prowl, and Territory all include the exact same complete toolkit. What changes with the tier is capacity: how much monthly Scent you get, how many niche maps you can run, and how many people you can keep in your tracker. Pick the tier that matches how much you'll draft each month.
Top-ups are available, or you can upgrade mid-cycle and pay the difference. Unused Scent also rolls over one month, so a slow week isn't wasted.
Everything is in your account's Billing section. Switch plans anytime; cancel anytime with no email required. Yearly plans are refunded pro-rata for unused full months.
Payments run through Stripe. NicheFox never sees or stores your full card details.
LinkedIn and Reddit today, with more on the roadmap. Because you post everything yourself, NicheFox works anywhere you're active — it just helps you decide what to say and where.
There's nothing to flag. NicheFox is a drafting tool that never connects to, logs into, or acts on your accounts. No automation means no bot-like behavior — you're just a real person showing up in a community.
No, by design. We deliberately don't offer account integrations, so your posting stays fully in your hands and 100% organic. It's a small extra step for you, and a big reduction in risk.
Not yet. It's built for one operator and one niche per account — one login, one voice, one pipeline. Multi-seat workspaces and client switching aren't part of the product, so we don't sell them.
Open the Account section inside the app to update your profile and manage your plan.
You can permanently delete your account and data from the Account section. This can't be undone, so we ask you to confirm first.
We're a small, self-serve tool and don't run a live support desk — no phone line or live chat. This Help Center is designed to cover the real questions, and we keep it updated. If you hit something genuinely not covered, use the feedback option in the app to tell us; we read it, and it directly shapes what we fix and document next.
