This Privacy Policy explains how NicheFox (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you provide. This includes your name, email address, password, the description of your niche and target platforms you enter, and any content you create or upload. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we may collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and general location derived from your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies as described below.
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; generate the AI-assisted maps, drafts, and recommendations you request; process transactions and manage your account; communicate with you about updates, security, and support; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
To provide the Service, we share limited information with trusted third parties, including: Google (Gemini AI) to generate analysis and drafts from the niche details you submit; Reddit's public API to identify relevant communities; our hosting and forms provider (Netlify); and our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of LinkedIn, Reddit, or other platforms you choose to engage on through the Service.
We share personal information only: with service providers who help us operate the Service; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and property of NicheFox and others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including the right to request the categories of personal information collected and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell it). To exercise any right, email hello@nichefox.pro.
We use essential cookies to operate the Service and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service and update the “Last updated” date above.
